GS280 is composed of a 15L6SV3 natural gas engine, T-shift transmission, lightweight 440 axle and IPU domain control software platform, with a total of 28 core technologies broken through. Among them, in terms of hardware, there are 9 industry-first technologies. The engine has broken through the ultra-high compression ratio combustion technology of natural gas engines, with a thermal efficiency of 42.5%, and the B10 life of the entire machine reaches 2 million kilometers. The transmission has an overall efficiency of over 98.5%, and the drive axle has an overall efficiency of 98.1%. In terms of domain control software, there are 7 unique technologies such as intelligent throttle control, intelligent maintenance and intelligent safety. GD300 is composed of a 13L6DV1 diesel engine, T-shift transmission, lightweight 440 axle and IPU domain control software platform. The engine's mass production thermal efficiency exceeds 50%. The IPU domain control software is on the same platform as natural gas, and 8 software technologies have been broken through, including 3 industry-first technologies, to address the pain points of diesel after-treatment systems such as complex structure and large fuel consumption loss due to thermal management. To support the mass production and market launch of oil and gas power domain products, FAW Jiefang Powertrain has invested over 4 billion yuan in its three intelligent factories in Wuxi, Changchun and Dalian, focusing on strengthening intelligent manufacturing to ensure high-quality delivery of power domain products. Currently, the oil and gas intelligent power domain products have been fully equipped on models such as J7, Eagle Trunk, JH6 and J6V and have been launched in the market, winning the consistent trust of logistics users and drivers.

In terms of new energy smart power domain products, FAW Jiefang has comprehensively laid out pure electric E platform, hybrid H platform and hydrogen F platform power domain products. Li Sheng this time focused on releasing two pure electric E platform power domain products, ER260 and EE270. ER260 takes the electric drive axle as the core, consisting of a single pack bottom-mounted battery, a heavy-duty electric drive axle and an IPU domain control software platform. It includes 20 core technological achievements. Among them, in terms of hardware, there are 6 industry-first technologies. The electric drive axle has broken through the high-efficiency oil-cooled flat wire motor technology, achieving an efficiency of over 90% in more than 90% of the cases, and the overall efficiency of the electric drive axle reaches 90.6%. In terms of domain control software, there are 4 unique intelligent and reliable, intelligent energy-saving technologies. EE270 takes the electric drive box as the core, consisting of a side-mounted battery, a heavy-duty electric drive box, a drive axle and an IPU domain control software platform. It reuses the domain control software technology of ER260 and further breaks through 10 hardware technologies, among which 3 are industry-first. It applies dual-motor and dual four-speed power decoupling technology, achieving a system efficiency of 92%, ensuring no rollback during heavy-load climbing, and enabling the electric drive box to start quickly at minus 30 degrees without speed limit. FAW Jiefang has fully built the independent production capacity of the entire chain of electric drive and battery systems, innovating the multi-condition simulation offline detection system and the manufacturing quality automatic discrimination system to create the best product quality. FAW Jiefang attaches great importance to the post-market ecosystem cooperation and has established a new energy solution company with CATL covering charging and swapping operation, vehicle-battery separation, and whole vehicle leasing businesses. This year, the new energy smart power domain products will be fully launched on models such as J6L, J6P and JH6, achieving a 5% or more lead in power consumption per 100 kilometers compared to the industry, and the key components' B10 life reaching 2 million kilometers.
