In November 2024, FAW Jiefang signed a full range customized vehicle cooperation agreement with Fresh Life Cold Chain, delivering 200 Jiefang Tiger 6G pure electric refrigerated trucks. This model is equipped with a CATL 100.46kWh battery, with a range of over 300 kilometers, and supports fast charging and energy replenishment. In response to the temperature control requirements of cold chain transportation, the vehicle adopts an integrated development of chassis and upper assembly, which improves the insulation performance of the cabin by 20% and reduces the energy consumption of the refrigeration unit by 15%. User testing shows that under full load, the gas consumption per 100 kilometers is only 24-26 kilograms, saving 7-8 cents compared to fuel vehicles. At present, Liberation's cold chain vehicles have covered scenarios such as greenways, refrigeration, and express delivery, with a market share of 25% by 2024.
